Highlights:

Principal developer of a set of statistical design tools that are associated with the Raytheon course, Statistical Design Methods for Engineers.  Two related patents in process. He won the MORS Richard Barchi Prize, and was first runner up for the MORS David Rist award.  These are the two highest awards offered by the Military Operations Research Society (MORS) in national competition. Author or co-author of over 60 tactically significant military publications and a few articles in refereed physics journals.
