AIRPORTS:
We recommend flying into the Atlanta Airport (in Georgia) and taking a shuttle/van from the airport to Auburn. See I-85 SHUTTLE INFORMATION while making travel arrangements. Other airports nearby Auburn are in Montgomery, Alabama (cab service only) and Columbus, Georgia.

CONFERENCE HOST HOTEL (200 rooms reserved):  The Hotel at Auburn University, 241 S. College St., 334-821-8200 or (800) 228-2876. When Registering ONLINE you must enter 1029WR as the GROUP CODE. Please book your room ASAP as they are going fast!!!

                                            IMPORTANT INFORMATION                                              
One can make reservation through the Internet and/or by calling. If a delegate does not have a proper Internet access, the conference committee can take care of the hotel reservation provided an advanced payment for the hotel in the amount of US $100.00 is made. This way a room will be reserved in the delegate's name. The room will cost approximately US $96 per night, which one can share with other delegates and reducing the charges accordingly for each night (if three people stay in the room, it will cost each person US $32 per person, per night). The rooms are going fast and hence without reservation it will be impossible to find the night accommodation for the international delegates
